For any problems/information/action reports, please send email to at least
holtz@nmsu.edu
Daytime phone calls can be made without discretion.
Nighttime phone calls should be limited to telescope/personel health/safety
issues, or problems leading to interference with 3.5m or 2.5m observing; of
course, in cases of doubt, call.
If there is a problem that is stopping only 1m observing, but not posing
any health or safety issues for the telescope, it is OK to leave email and
call during the daytime.
Note that the louvers, dome lights, and telescope motor power can be
controlled from newton/tycho (see instructions )
